  • Program aligned with team schedule and load: the plan adapts to your team calendar and season phase (off‑season, in‑season, play‑offs).

  • Weekly online plan: each week you receive a personalized training plan in our web app.

  • Targeted development: we set priorities based on your goals (e.g., increased hip range, ankle mobility, thoracic and shoulder mobility) and track progress with measurable tests.
